Engagement Simon Condon and Julia Phelps

Andy and Jessica Condon are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Simon Condon, to Julia Phelps, daughter of Jim and Susan Phelps. Together, Simon and Julia graduated from the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of California with Bachelors of Science in Engineering on May 15. Later the same day, Simon was commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy. Simon has accepted his orders as a Surface Warfare Officer and Julia has accepted a position with the BOEING Corporation. The couple, now, happily moves on to planning their upcoming nuptials and their life together.
