Rick and Melissa Applin are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Katelyn Adelia Samora to Cody Wayne Lopez on Aug. 2, 2014, at The American Legion Park in Dolores. Katelyn graduated from Montezuma Cortez High School in 2013, she is employed at the Cortez Recreational Center as a receptionist. Cody graduated from Dolores High School in 2009. Cody enlisted in The U.S. Air Force in 2010 and is stationed in Ramstein ab Germany. Cody’s parents are Brian Lopez and Teri Lawson. His mother is Cindy Johnson. The bride and groom plan to live in Germany until 2016, then return to the U.S.
