San Juan Mountains Association will offer a Forests to Faucets teacher workshop from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 5 and 6 at the Public Lands Center, 15 Burnett Court.
The workshop, “Forests to Faucets Teacher Workshop: My water comes from the San Juan Mountains,” will be a two-day workshop for teachers who want to learn watershed science and the model lessons using the “My Water Comes from the San Juan Mountains” teacher guide, children’s book and kit.
This year’s workshop will explore watershed impacts of the 416 Fire and the municipal water supplies of Durango.
